Couch To Canvas Training Sessions

Couch to Canvas
A small group limited to 6 participants. This is a program for people who want to learn the fundamentals of boxing.  The program provides an opportunity to get in combat shape while learning the technique and proper mechanics of boxing. 
Participants (upon approval) get to participate in one of the exhibitions offered throughout the year.


Classes Schedule:
Mondays 
5:30 am - 6:30 am 
6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Wednesdays 
5:30 am - 6:30 am 
6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Saturdays
8:00 am - 9:00 am
