Step 1 Observe one of our classes either in-person or online to see if it's something you would like to participate in Step 2 Fill out registration forms (most importantly the medical release form) Step 3 Set up a one time evaluation (One time fee of $110) Best times for this are 30 minutes prior to classes but not limited to these slots Step 4 Determine your participation in class If you do not engage in regular high intensity exercise the minimum suggested amount is 2 times per week Click Here for Parkinsons Foundation Exercise Recomendation |

All classes incorporate mobility, flexibility, kinesthetics, strength and core exercises, boxing drills, and overall muscle activation.
